Overview of classes
•Food, Nutrition, and Wellness is the first class in the Food Science Pathway under the Family and Consumer Science Umbrella. This pathway is designed to gain knowledge in foods and how food effect our bodies, how new food products are developed and basic cooking methods each course breaks down these principals further.
